摘要
目的探讨家庭式经皮神经电刺激对功能性便秘患者结肠传输功能、症状、心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取20例功能性便秘患者为研究对象,进行4周家庭式经皮神经电刺激治疗,治疗前后分别进行结肠传输试验,评价排便困难症状、抑郁焦虑和生活质量情况,治疗结束后随访4周。结果干预后比干预前患者结肠转运加快、便秘症状改善、焦虑水平降低、抑郁水平降低、生活质量提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论家庭式经皮神经电刺激治疗能有效改善功能性便秘患者症状,改善患者的心理状况,提高生活质量,且有一定的远期疗效,适合临床或家庭推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of home transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation （TENS） on colonic transit activity, symptoms, psy- chology and quality of life in patients with functional constipation （ FC）. Methods Totally,20 patients with FC received home TENS for 4 weeks and colonic transit test before and after intervention, during which using symptoms of difficulty in defecation, depression anxiety rating scale and quality of life assessment to evaluate patients, and to follow them up for 4 weeks. Results After intervention, colonic transit accelerated, the symptom of constipation improved, the anxiety level and depression level decreased and quality of life decreased improved （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The home TENS can effectively improve the symptoms of FC and their psychologic status to enhance quality of life,which has a certain forward effect and is suitable to be applied in clinic or family.
