摘要
水文应急监测是在强降雨等非常水文气象状态下实施的应对突发洪涝的紧急监测,事关紧急状态的民生安全与大局稳定,要求快速高效。为此,尝试以完成水文应急监测任务和到达相应站点的时间最少为目标函数,可出动的应急监测组数量为约束条件,分情景考虑,利用动态规划的思想,探讨应急情况下藤县巡测区的水文监测路线。结果证明:基于动态规划统筹制定水文应急监测路线可行。
As a matter concerning people security and overall stability in emergency situation, rapid and efficient hy- drological emergency monitoring is required in response to sudden flood resulting from abnormal hydro meteorologi- cal condition such as intense rainfall. With completing hydrological emergency monitoring tasks and minimizing time to arrive at corresponding station as target function, available emergency monitoring groups as constraint condition, taking into account various circumstances, and with dynamic planning concept, the author discussed the hydro- logical monitoring route of Tengxian County under emergency condition. The results of practice demonstrate the hy- drological emergency monitoring route based on dvnamic nlanninz is feasible.
