摘要
为深入推进铁路供给侧改革,深化现代物流建设,提升铁路物流市场竞争力,在分析合肥枢纽物流发展现状的基础上,针对合肥北铁路物流基地布局与区域产业布局不协调、设备设施落后、信息技术滞后、服务质量不高等问题,提出合肥枢纽铁路物流基地优化对策,即优化铁路物流基地布局,加强既有物流基地管理,加强物流基地多式联运发展,保障中欧中亚班列常态化运行,树立"三为"经营理念,以提升合肥枢纽铁路物流基地服务质量。
With the purpose of further promoting the reform of the railway supply side, deepening the development of modern logistics, increasing the competitiveness of the railway logistics in the market, this paper put forward a solution for the optimization of Hefei railway logistics base after the elaboration on the current situation and the analysis on the existing challenges, such as the mismatch between railway logistics base layout and the regional industry layout, the backward equipment and facilities, delayed application of information technology, and poor service quality, etc. This solution includes the following aspects： optimizing the layout, improving the management, improving the multi-modal development, guarantee the regular operation of China Railway Express trains between China and Europe, fostering the business concept of ＂Three Actions＂ and improving the service quality.
