摘要
目的探讨消郁安神汤辅助百乐眠胶囊治疗中年抑郁症患者的效果和安全性。方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年1月收治的112例中年抑郁症患者,随机平均分为联合组和对照组。对照组给予百乐眠胶囊治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合消郁安神汤辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗3个月的SDS评分,疗效和药物不良反应。结果治疗前,两组的SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后,联合组的SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消郁安神汤辅助百乐眠胶囊治疗中年抑郁症患者,可显著减轻患者的抑郁情绪,提高临床疗效,且不增加药物不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Xiaoyu Anshen decoction combined with Parker sleep capsules in the treatment of middle-aged patients with depression. Methods 112 cases of middle-aged patients with depression admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into combined group and control group equally. The control group received Parker sleep capsules, while the combined group received Xiaoyu Anshen decoction on the basis of control group. The SDS scores before treatment and after 1 month and 3 months of treatment, curative effect and drug adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the SDS score between two groups （P〉0.05）. 1 month and 3 months after treatment, the SDS scores of combined group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of drug adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Xiaoyu Anshen decoction combined with Parker sleep capsules in the treatment of middle-aged patients with depression can significantly relieve patients＇ depression and improve clinical curative effect, which does not increase drug adverse reactions.
