摘要
与远程医疗相关的法律监管制度的相对滞后,已阻碍了远程医疗的发展。本文针对远程医疗监管中出现的远程医疗服务缺乏相关标准、远程医疗参与主体间法律关系不明、远程医疗监管法律不完善等问题,提出完善远程医疗服务的相关立法和准入审核机制、明确远程医疗服务的监管主体及其责任和监管对象等解决措施。
The relative lag of the legal supervision system related to telemedicine has hindered the develop- ment of telemedicine. Aiming at the problems in telemedicine supervision such as the lack of related standards in telemedicine services, unclear legal relationship among telemedicine subjects, and imperfect supervision laws in telemedicine, this paper puts forward the following solution： perfecting the relevant legislation and access review mechanism of telemedicine services, specifying supervision main body, responsibilities and subjects of telemed- icine services.
