摘要
秦文化资源的大众传播,应注重道路、村庄、社区、建筑物命名中秦文化元素的使用,重视广场、街区等人流集中区域秦文化雕塑景观带的开辟,加强窗口行业与其他公共标识领域秦文化元素的使用与传播,创办秦代农业及手工业文明博物馆展览馆。编制秦文化资源知识手册,组建秦文化资源开发利用研究机构,设立秦文化民俗节庆纪念日等也是传播的重要策略。
The mass media dissemination of Qin' s cultural resources should stress the use of Qin' s cultural elements in naming of the road, the village, the community and buildings. Special attention should also be paid to the opening of Qin' s culture landscape sculpture belt such as sculpture in squares or blocks with agglomerations of people. The use and dissemination of Qin' s cultural elements should also be strengthened in the window industry and other public signs. A civilization museum exhibition hall should be established in terms of agriculture and handicraft industry of the Qin Dynasty. A hand- book of Qin' s culture resources should be compiled. Research institutions for the development and uti- lization of Qin' s cultural resources should be set up. Defining Qin' s cultural folk festivals and memori- al days are also important strategies for dissemination.
