摘要
建立了一种离子色谱-等离子体质谱法测定水果中5种砷的新方法。该方法优化了分离条件,通过加标回收考察了方法的准确度和精密度。将该方法用于水果中5种砷形态的检测,实际样品的加标回收率在82.4%~128.6%之间,RSD(n=5)小于5%。
A new method was developed for determination of five arsenic species in fruit by IC-ICP-MS. The separation parameters were optimized. The method was applied to the determinationof five arsenic species in fruit. The recoveries of spiked standard ranged from82.4% to 128.6%with the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=4)less than 5 %.
