摘要
随着我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育的转型,多元化的办学模式及多层次的人才培养模式是高等教育发展的必然趋势。而应用性较强的乳品工程专业对于理论基础知识深厚、具有丰富实践经验的"双师型"教师队伍的需求则更为迫切。通过转变观念、构建平台、动态管理、重视激励等途径来完善乳品工程专业"双师型"教师队伍的建设,进而提高乳品工程专业的高级应用型复合人才的培养质量。
With the transformation of higher education from elite education to popular education,the diversified mode of running schools and the multi-level talent cultivation mode is the inevitable trend of higher education development. And the application of strong dairy engineering for the theoretical basis of deep knowledge,with rich practical experience of the ＂double teacher＂ teachers are more urgent needs. Through the transformation of ideas,build platform,dynamic management,attention to incentives and other ways to improve the dairy engineering professional ＂double teacher＂ team of teachers,and then improve the dairy engineering professional advanced composite talents training quality.
