摘要
目的 :评价开展专科护理门诊的实践效果。方法 :通过严格选拔专科护理门诊的护理专家并对其加强培训、建立专科护理门诊技术操作规范和标准流程、明确专科护理门诊护士岗位职责和工作流程、对专科护理门诊的运作进行质量控制等,促进专科护理门诊的发展。结果 :专科护理门诊年均接诊量、护理会诊量逐年增加;同事、医生及患者的满意度显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专科护理门诊专家授课次数和论文发表量逐步提高。结论 :开展专科护理门诊,有利于解决门诊和住院患者的疑难护理问题,促进护理专业化发展,同时符合护理人员职业发展的需求,体现了专科护理人员的价值,推动护理学科的发展。
Objective： To assess the effect of the specific nurse-led clinic. Methods： The key steps of nurse-les clinic running included strengthening the selection and training of nursing specialists in specific nurse-led clinic, formulating standard operation procedures for each technique skill and working process, clarifying the duty and responsibility of nurses in specific nurse-led clinic, improving the quality control system and so on. Results： After the implementation of specific nurse-led clinic, the annual outpatient visits and nursing consultation had increased steadily. Besides, the satisfaction of colleagues, doctors and patients improved （P〈0.05）. More lectures were given by these specialty nurses, and more papers were published by them. Conclusion： The practice of the specific nurse-led clinic is beneficial to resolve the difficult care problems of patients and promote the nursing professional development.
