摘要:耐火材料是用作高温窑、炉等热工设备,以及高温容器和部件的无机非金属材料,耐火度不低于1580℃,并在高温下能承受相应的物理化学变化及机械作用。频繁的炉子检修不但增加了成本投入,还由于炉寿短导致生产作业率低,影响企业效益,严重制约企业健康发展。本文阐述了某公司耐火材料的使用情况。结合生产实践,论述了影响炉子寿命的因素及采取的应对措施。
Refractory material is a kind of inorganic non-metallic materials which refractoriness is not lower than 1580 ℃, it can withstand the corresponding physical chemical changes and mechanical action in high temperature, thus it was applied in high temperature kiln and furnace, as well as high temperature containers and components.Frequent furnace repair not only increase the costs input, but also caused low production operation efficiency due to short service life of furnace, seriously restricted the healthy development of enterprises. This paper expounds the usage of refractory material in top-submerged lance lead smelting furnace of a company, combined with production practice, discussesed the factors influencing the service life of furnace material and to take counter measures.
