发酵花生粕对生长猪生产性能和养分消化率的影响 被引量:16

Effects of fermented peanut meals on growth performance and the digestibility of nutrients in growing pigs

摘要 皆在探讨生长猪饲粮中用发酵花生粕替代部分豆粕对生长猪生产性能及养分表观消化率的影响。选用40头平均体重为(2961±302)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,随机分成2组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头猪,其中:对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加8%发酵花生粕。结果表明:试验组的日增重比对照组显著提高了78%(P<005),料重比显著降低了81%(P<005);试验组粗蛋白质、钙和磷的消化率分别比对照组显著提高了216%(P<005)、425%(P<005)和600%(P<005),但能量、粗脂肪和粗纤维的消化率各组间差异不显著(P>005)。综合各项指标,单一的豆粕调整为豆粕和发酵花生粕后能改善生长猪的生产性能和养分消化率。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of fermented peanut meals to replace part of soybean meals on productive per-formance and nutrient digestibility in growing pigs. Forty Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred pigs that weighed about 30 kg were selectedand divided into 2 groups randomly, and every group contains 4 repetition with each repetition 5 pigs. The diets of control group was basal di-et and the diet of experimental group was supplemented with 8% fermented peanut meal in based diet. The results showed that the daily gainof the experimental group increased by 7 8% significantly(P〈0.05) and feed/gain ratio of experimental group decreased by 8 1%(P〈0.05) compared with the control group. In addition, the protein, Ca and P digestibility of experiment group were increased by 2 16%(P〈0.05), 4 25%(P〈0.05) and 6 00%(P〈0.05), respectively; while, the digestibility of energy, crude fat and crude fiber had no sig-nificant difference(P〉0.05). Based on the indexes, the productive performance and nutrient digestibility in growing pigs were significantlyimproved after soybean meals were partly replaced by fermented peanut.
