摘要
目的:为全面推行《全国医疗服务价格项目规范(2012年版)(以下简称2012版《规范》)方法:通过Excel表格对调研数据进行分析汇总,并组织专家和行业代表进行论证结果:2012版《规范》中实验室诊断共1104项,本市对接646项;天津市实验室诊断收费项目1465项,经征求各医疗机构及天津市检验学会专家讨论对接利用1121项,自然淘汰274项,未对接70项;对接的646项项目中中医保606项结论:天津市实验室诊断项目和2012版《规范》对接定价采取充分考虑医保和患者的承受能力、切忌超前方法定价、并对目前项目的运行情况进行大数据调查的初步定价方法可行。
