摘要
为满足X80管线钢的焊接需要,开发了以BaF2为主的低碱性渣系Mn-Ni-Mo-Ti-B合金系自保护药芯焊丝,并对采用该焊丝焊接后此钢接头的显微组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:X80管线钢接头焊缝显微组织为针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体以及少量的M-A岛,热影响区的组织主要为粒状贝氏体、贝氏体铁素体;焊接接头的抗拉强度为711 MPa,屈服强度为565.7 MPa,室温冲击功为155J,-20℃冲击功为144.7J,完全能满足石油管道建设的标准要求。
In order to meet the requirement of welding of X80 pipeline steel,a low alkali slag system of MnNi-Mo-Ti-B alloy self-shielded flux cored wire based on BaF2 was developed and the microstructure and mechanical properties of joint welded by the welding wire were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of weld included acicular ferrite,granular bainite and a small amount of M-A island and the microstructure of heat affected zone mainly included granular bainite and bainite ferrite.The tensile strength of the welded joint was 711 MPa and yield strength was 565.7 MPa.The impact energy was 155 Jat room temperature and 144.7 Jat-20 ℃.The properties of the weld joint could fully meet the standard requirement of oil pipeline construction project.
