摘要
为提高供水安全应急管理能力,北京市自来水集团于2015年12月对日本东京水道局关于应急管理工作进行了考察。对东京水道局应急管理的对策措施进行了详细介绍,并从供水企业角度,从应急管理预防、准备、响应、恢复四个阶段,提出了供水应急管理工作诉求和建议,以期为我国供水安全应急管理工作提供建设性作用。
Beijing Waterworks Group visited the Tokyo Waterworks Bureau of Japan on the crisis management in December 2015. Japan＇ s crisis management countermeasures were introduced in detail in the paper. And then, from the point of view of water supply enterprises, the water supply emergency management work demands and suggestions were put forward in four stages including the prevention of emergency management, preparedness, response, and recovery. As a result, a constructive role was played in water safety emergency management.
