摘要
采用纤维素酶对棉机织物进行仿天丝减量处理,优选了纤维素酶的种类,探讨了3种纤维素酶(DM-8620、A、B)在不同处理时间条件下对失重率、抛光效果、断裂强力损失率、手感的影响,介绍了纤维素酶DM-8620处理纯棉府绸的工厂实际工艺及效果,结果表明,纤维素酶DM-8620适用于仿天丝酵洗工艺,用量3%~5%(omf),温度55~60℃,pH=4.5~5.0,时间6~10 h。
Cellulase was used to obtain imitated tencel woven cotton fabric through reduction treatment. Three cellulose enzymes (DM-8620,A,B) were used under different treating times, the types of cellulase were optimized and the effects of cellulase on the weight loss rate, polishing effect, breaking strength rate, hand feeling were studied. The effects of cellulase DM-8620 on the factory practical process and treating effect of cotton poplin were investigated. The results showed that the cellulouse DM-8620 was suitable for imitation tencel fermentation process: dosage 3%-5% (omf), treating temperature 55 ℃, pH = 4.5-5.0 and treating time 6--10 h.
