摘要
研制的63ZGS73型三棱钻杆,能够在松软突出煤层中稳定钻进,减少在使用普通钻杆时经常出现的抱钻和钻杆断裂等孔内事故,对三棱钻杆结构、参数进行设计,确定三棱钻杆的结构组成和具体参数;对三棱钻杆工艺流程、焊接工艺和热处理工艺进行分析和优化,使焊缝质量得到提高,解决焊缝处断裂的问题;对三棱钻杆进行台架性能试验以及工业性能试验,校验钻杆整体性能,试验结果表明:三棱钻杆符合设计要求,满足现场使用需求。
The 63ZGS73 triangular drilling rod (TDR) can be used to drill stably in the soft and outburst coal seam (SOCS). It has less accidents in the hole,such as jamming and breaking,designing the structure and parameters,the structural composition and the specific parameters of the TDR are confirmed. The technological process of the TDR is analyzed and optimized,as a result of the optimizations of the welding technology and the thermal treatment technology,the welding quality is under control and enhanced and the breakages from the weld joints are prevented. The overall performance of the rods is tested by lab tests and field tests,the testing results show that the TDR can satisfy the design requirements and the using demands.
