摘要
毕节试验区是我国第一个也是唯一一个"开发扶贫、生态建设"试验区。为贫困地区全面建成小康社会闯出一条新路子,在多党合作服务改革发展实践中探索新经验,是党中央国务院和习近平总书记赋予毕节试验区的历史使命。省第十二次党代会再一次强调指出,要建好毕节试验区,探索多党合作服务改革发展新经验。
Bijie test area is the first exploitation and poverty alleviation and ecological construction test area. It breaks a new path for the poor areas to build a well-off society and explores new experiences of the multiparty cooperation to service reform and development practice, which is the historical mission given by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and General Secretary Xi Jinping. The Provincial Twelfth Party Congress once again stressed that building Bijie test area well to explore new experience of multiparty cooperation services reform and development.
