摘要
新闻奖是新闻从业者展开成名想象的平台和表征。那么成名之后呢?本文以比较研究的视角,分析普利策新闻奖和中国新闻奖得主的职业路径变化。研究发现:普利策新闻奖得主在成名后职业路径变化呈现横向流动的趋势,并且具有较高的职业黏性;中国新闻奖得主体现了职业路径变化的纵向特征,职业黏性较低。
Journalism awards are the platform and the representation as far as the journalists are concerned who intend to rise in fame. This paper, based on a comparative study, analyzes the different career changes between the Pulitzer prize winners and the winners of China News Award.The findings indicate that the career paths of the Pulitzer prize winners exhibit the transverse flow with the relatively high career viscosity while those of the winners of China News Award feature the vertical flow with the low career viscosity.
