摘要
供能管网埋设于地下,无法常规检测,一旦泄漏将直接影响城市用能安全和数万市民工作生活。因此,寻找一套科学的管道监测方法用来实时远程自动掌握管网的运行情况显得尤为重要。利用感温光纤测温法用于上海西虹桥能源管道的压强、流量、温度等实时数据的采集,再通过软件分析得出地下管道的保温状态、泄漏位置等相关数据,大大提高了系统稳定性和经济性,减少了事故风险。
Energy supply pipe network buried in the ground,can not be routine testing,once the leakage will directly affect the city with energy security and tens of thousands of people working life.Therefore,it is very important to find a scientific method of pipeline monitoring for real-time remote control of the operation of the pipe network. The temperature,flow rate and other real-time data are collected by the temperature-sensing optical fiber temperature measurement method in Shanghai Xihongqiao energy pipeline,and then the relevant data of underground pipe insulation and leakage location are obtained through software analysis,which greatly improves the system stability And economy, reducing the risk of accidents.
