摘要
随着分子生物学特别是生物信息学和基因组学的发展,小麦粒重相关基因的克隆也取得了很大进展。本文主要介绍了与小麦粒重有关的TaGS5、TaGASR7、TaSus、TaWSC、Ta-6-SFT、TaGW2、TaCKX、TaTGW6、TaCWI、TaGS1基因以及TEF、SAP等家族基因TaTEF、TaSAP、TaSnRK2s的克隆及其功能研究的进展,以期为小麦高产育种提供参考。
With the rapid development of molecular biology, especially bioinformatics and genomics,gene cloning related to grain weight in common wheat has also been further studied. This paper mainly introduces the progress of genetic and functional researches on grain weight related genes in wheat, including TaGS5, TaGASR7, TaSus, TaWSC, Ta-6-SFT, TaGW2, TaCKX, TaTGW6, TaCWI, and TaGS1 and gene family of TaTEF, TaSAP, and TaSnRK2s, which provides the corresponding theory and technology support in molecular breeding of wheat.
