摘要
采用"浸出-萃铜除杂-萃锌-电积"工艺对含锌烟灰处理以生产锌片,由于高价锰离子对铜萃取剂有影响,所以在电解液中未添加锰离子对阳极板进行保护,导致锌片中的含铅量高。针对锌片含铅量高的问题,在生产中采取增加碳酸锶加入量、控制酸锌比、降低氯离子浓度等措施后,锌片的含铅量最终可以达到GB/T 470-2008Zn99.99的要求。
The typical process of "leaching-extraction of copper-extraction of zinc-electrodeposition" is used to produce electrolytic zinc plate from zinc-contained ash.The lead content in the zinc plate will be quite high without the protection of Mn ion to the anode.Based on the fact that highly oxided Mn ion will impact the extraction agent of copper.Several measurements were applied to reduce the lead content in zinc plate,including increasing the addition of strontium carbonate,controlling the ratio of acid to zinc and reducing the chloride concentration.The obtained zinc plate contains much lower lead and can meet the requirement of GB/T 470-2008(min.99.99% purity of zinc).
