摘要
根据连铸机原有中包车自动变渣线控制技术并结合生产实践,发现了原有技术的致命缺陷。即自动变渣线控制参数调整工作繁杂,无可视化调整窗口;自动变渣线控制停止后无升降状态记忆功能;自动变渣线控制无车体自动平衡控制。针对上述三个问题,构建了编程思路并有效实施。最终实现了中包车自动变渣线的优化控制,最大程度延长了中包水口的使用寿命。
In the application of the slag line automatic changing technology and in the production practice, some fatal defects of the technology, such as the complicated parameter adjustment and no vi- sualization window, no lifting and lowering memory function after the auto control stops, and no auto car body balancing control in the auto changing of slag line. For the above mentioned three problems, establish the programming idea and after the effective implementation, the optimization control of slag line changing has been realized, and the service life of tundish nozzle has been maximized.
