摘要
以问卷调查和访谈的方式对泉州市企业兼并重组状况进行了调研,由此发现泉州市企业存在诸多问题,进而提出了一系列解决措施,如政府应加大宣传力度,狠抓政策执行力、鼓励企业"走出去"、实施跨国并购重组、提高信息化管理水平和引导银行主动参与企业兼并重组等,从而推动泉州市企业通过兼并重组提升产业链和创新链,以促进企业尽快转型升级。
The study is carried out by questionnaire survey and interview to examine the mergers and reorganization of Quanzhou enterprises. The results show that there are many problems in the mergers and reorgani- zation of enterprises. Then it is suggested that government should enhance the propaganda, pay close attention to policy implementation, encourage enterprises to go abroad, implement the transnational merger and reorganization, improve the management level of informationalization and guide banks to participate in the mergers and reorganization of enterprises, so as to promote the industrial chain and innovative chain of Quanzhou enterprises by the use of merger and reorganization, and thus make enterprises transform and upgrade as quickly as possible.
