摘要
恶劣天气及其次生灾害已严重威胁了铁路的运输生产安全。机务部门作为铁路运输的"火车头",对外部安全隐患和突发性事故的防止有着举足轻重的作用。重点分析了暴风雨、大雾、雨雪冰冻三种常见恶劣天气对铁路行车安全的影响,并就恶劣天气条件下加强机务安全管理工作提出了自己的意见。
Bad weather and its secondary disasters have seriously threatened the safety of railway transportation and production. The maintenance department, as the locomotive for railway transportation, plays a pivotal role in the prevention of external insecurity and sudden accidents. This paper focuses on the impact of three common bad weather, such as s inforcing the torms, fogs, freezing rain and snow, on the safety of railway traffic, and puts forward suggestions on relocomotive safety management under bad weather conditions.
