摘要
针对不同胸部形态女性穿着文胸的压力舒适性及塑形效果问题,首先根据胸部形态分类分析,选取圆盘型、圆球型和纺锤型胸部形态的3名75B受试者;其次根据文胸设计要素分析,选取10款3/4杯文胸;采用日本AMI 3037气囊式压力测试系统和美国NX-16[TC]~2三维人体扫描系统,让不同胸部形态受试者分别穿着10款文胸进行人体压力测试和三维人体扫描,使用逆向工程软件进行塑形效果相关指标数据的提取;利用Excel、SPSS 19.0分析胸部形态、文胸设计要素对其压力与塑形效果的影响。结果显示:同一尺寸不同胸部形态的受试者的文胸各部位受压分布及穿着文胸的塑形效果有显著差异,同时文胸设计要素对其穿着塑形效果与文胸各部位压力分布也有一定影响。内衣企业应结合文胸结构特点,在文胸设计中重点考虑消费者胸部形态特征,以提高消费者购买文胸的满意度。
To find out the bra pressure comfort and shaping effect based on different breast shapes.First breast shapes were researched and 3 kinds of shape disc type,round ball type and fusiform type were obtained,3 females with 75 B size bra but different breast shapes were chosen. Secondly,design elements of bra product were analyzed and 10 samples,3/4 cups were chosen for the following experiment. By using the Japanese AMI 3037 airbag type pressure testing system,the pressure of each testee was tested and recorded. Pressure distribution and variation regulation were analyzed. By using the American NX-16 [TC]^2 three-dimentional body scanning system,the breast shapes of 10 different bras of each testee were scanned. The digital models were acquired by means of 3-D scanning,and then threedimensional processing software was adopted to process the models to obtain related indicators. Use the excel,SPSS 19. 0 software for processing and analysis of the sample data. The experimental result indicated that there is an obvious effect of different breast shapes on bra pressure distribution and shaping figure effect. Pressure and shaping figure effect differ very much even when brassiere sizes are the same since the different breast shapes. The bra with different design elements is suited to different breast shape. The conclusions of this paper can be applied into bra manufacture and marketing. The consuming satisfaction can be improved in some degree.
