The high quality of early childhood education in New Zealand owes significantly to its national early childhood curriculum New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum Aramework.As an open curriculum system, NZ early childhood curriculum includes four broad principles, a set of strands, and goals for each strand. NZ early childhood curriculum takes children as the education center, respects children＇s life experience, and emphasizes openness of the curriculum.
