摘要
针对电网系统安全运行需要大量的无功功率,提出一种由有源电力滤波器(APF)和静止无功补偿器(SVC)构成的三相无功混合补偿系统,该系统中由晶闸管控制电抗器(TCR)作为SVC用于无功补偿,APF用于减少SVC工作时产生的谐波。为提高系统的性能,APF采用前馈控制加反馈控制的混合控制。反馈控制提高系统的稳定性,前馈控制部分提高系统的动态响应。分析了该系统的结构和原理,该系统可很好地滤除TCR工作时产生的所有谐波。仿真和实验验证了系统的可行性和稳定性。
According to the power system safe operation requiring a large amount of reactive power, a three-phase rea- ctive hybrid compensation system is proposed composing of active power fiher(APF) and static vat compensator(SVC). This system is composed of a thyristor controlled reaetor(TCR) as a SVC for reactive power compensation, APF is used for harmonic reduction of SVC.To improve the performance of the system, APF adopts feed-forward control plus feed- back control for hybrid control.The feedback control improves the stability of the system, and the feedforward control improves the dynamic response of the system.The structure and principle of the system are analyzed.The system can well filter all the harmonies produced by TCR.Simulation and experiment verify the feasibility and stability of the system.
