摘要
恒定频率移相控制LCC谐振变换器开关频率固定,有利于磁性元件的优化设计。但轻载工作时,LCC谐振变换器的滞后桥臂开关管很难实现软开关,开关损耗大、轻载效率低。针对该问题,提出了辅助谐振换流极(ARCP)LCC谐振变换器。轻载时,ARCP电路投入工作,实现了主电路开关管全负载范围的零电压开关(ZVS)导通,降低了变换器的开关损耗。通过移相控制LCC谐振变换器的原理分析,给出了LCC变换器的ZVS工作范围,确定了ARCP电路的投切条件。400V输入、48V/1kW输出样机的实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
Fixed frequency phase-shifted controlled LCC resonant converter is a potential DC/DC converter due to its convenient magnetic components design and high frequency operation.However,it suffers a narrow zero voltage switching(ZVS) operation range of lagging leg switches.To release such problem,an auxiliary network called auxiliary resonant commutated pole(ARCP) circuit is adopt to extend the ZVS operational range.Under light-load operation,the ARCP circuit is put to use in terms of helping LCC resonant converter realize ZVS soft-switching operation.The ZVS operational range of phase-shifted LCC resonant converter is given.Finally, a 400 V input and 48 V/1 kW output pro- totype is established to verify the theoretical analysis.
