2013年9月和10月,国家主席习近平访问哈萨克斯坦和印度尼西亚时,先後提出了建设“一丝绸之路经济带”和打造“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的倡议。这一倡议顺应了时代要求和各国加快发展的愿望,提供了一个包容性巨大的发展平台,能够把快速发展的中国经济同沿线国家的利益结合起来,实现互利共赢。四年来,全球100多个国家和国际组织积极支持和参与“一带一路”建设,联合国大会、联合国安理会等重要决议也纳入“一带一路”建设内容。“一带一路”建设逐渐从理念转化为行动,从愿景转变为现实,建设成果丰硕。2017年5月14日至15日,“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛在北京顺利举行。“一带一路”建设,法治是重要保障。中国政法机关高度重视,积极采取措施,为“一带一路”建设提供法律服务和保障。本期特别介绍最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、司法部、全国律协分别采取的措施以及成效。
In September and October of 2013, respectively in Kazakhstan and Indonesia, Chinese President Xi Jingping proposed the building of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (i.e. the Belt and Road Initiative). This initiative is in line with the demands of our time and the pursuit of countries to accelerate their development pace. It also provides a vast and inclusive platform for development that joins the interests of the rapidly- developing Chinese economy with other countries along the B&R Initiative, reaching win-win and mutually beneficial outcome. Over the past four years, more than 100 countries and international organizations have been actively supporting and participating in the B&R Initiative. Many important resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly, the Security Council and other international organizations also integrate the B&R Initiative. The B&R Initiative is transforming from an idea to actions and from vision to reality, yielding fruitful outcomes. Between May 14 and 15, 2017, the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) was successfully held in Beijing.
