深圳市某三甲医院胃肠道肿瘤患者营养风险筛查和营养支持情况调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的调查深圳市某三甲医院胃肠道肿瘤患者营养风险、营养不足的发生率以及营养支持的应用情况。方法采用连续定点采样法调查2013年1月~2015年12月深圳市某三甲医院胃肠外科入院患者,对符合纳入标准的243例胃肠道肿瘤患者采用营养风险筛查(NRS2002)判断是否存在营养风险及营养不足,将患者按是否有营养风险进行分组,分析各组肠内肠外营养支持的情况。结果胃肠道肿瘤的营养风险发生率为43.6%,营养不足来源于营养缺失评分≥3分的发生率为13.2%,来源于BMI<18.5kg/m2发生率为19.8%。有营养风险的患者营养支持率为33.0%,肠外营养(PN)与肠内营养(EN)的比例为34:1。无营养风险的患者营养支持率为30.7%。结论营养支持存在较多不合理现象,亟待规范。 Objective To determine the prevalence of nutritional risk,undernutrition and application of nutritional support in gastroenteric cancer patients in a Shenzhen major hospital. Methods Admitted patients were consecutively recorded from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015 in departments of gastrointestinal surgery.243 gastroenteric cancer patients who meet the inclusion criteria were enrolled. Nutritional risk screening(NRS-2002) was performed and nutritional support was evaluated.Results The overall prevalence of nutritional risk was 43.6 %. Undernutrition rate from the score of nutritional defect part of NRS 2002 was 13.2% and solo from BMI18.5kg/m2 was 19.8%. Totally 33.0% patients at nutritional risk received nutrition support.The ratio of PN to EN was 34:1. 30.7% patients without nutritional risk also received nutritional support.Conclusion The applications of nutritional support still have many problems.It WAs important to standardize the application of nutritional support.
