摘要
通过梳理江苏沿海港口及其经济腹地互动作用机理研究成果,结合江苏沿海港口和淮河经济带发展现状,将江苏沿海港口和淮河经济带纳入同一系统,对其互动基础进行分析,并据此构建基于演化博弈的互动发展模型,进而提出从规范市场竞争环境、提高区域间资源共享意识、搭建信息化合作平台、建立信用评价体系、完善利益分配机制等角度采取相应措施,为江苏沿海港口和淮河经济带之间持续有效互动发展、实现共赢提供基础。
Based on the researches on the interactive mechanism between the coastal ports in Jiangsu Province and its hinterland and by combining its development status with that in Huaihe River economic belt,they are incorporated into the same system,and their interactive basis is analyzed.The evolutionary game model for the interactive development is established.Some measures are put forward for the sustainable and effective interactive development of the coastal ports in Jiangsu and Huaihe River economic belt so as to achieve a win-win situation,that is,to standardize the market competition environment,to enhance the awareness of resource sharing between regions,to build the information platform for cooperation,to establish the credit evaluation system,and to improve the interest distribution mechanism.
