摘要
目的:探讨黄芪扶正汤对甲状腺癌术后患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法:受试者为我院内分泌科接受甲状腺癌手术后有明显虚劳症状的60例患者,讲20例甲状腺癌术后的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采取常规治疗,即口服左旋甲状腺素片,实验组采取常规治疗的基础上,服用黄芪扶正汤。测定治疗前及治疗3个月后患者的白细胞、血红蛋白的数量,以及记录患者不适症状是否改善。结果:与治疗前比较,对照组红细胞,血红蛋白数量仍低于正常值,患者虚劳症状未改善。实验组白细胞、血红蛋白数量增长到正常范围内,患者虚劳症状明显改善。实验组治疗结果优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪扶正汤具有提高甲状腺癌术后患者免疫功能及生活质量的疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Huangqi Fuzheng decoction hn immune function and quality of life of patients with thyroid carcinoma after operation. 60 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into con- trol group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, oral L-thyroxine tablets. The experimental group was treated with Huangqi Fuzheng decoction based on conventional therapy. The number of white blood cells and hemoglobin in the patients before and after treatment for 3 months was measured, and whether the symptoms of the patients were improved. Results： Compared with the control group, the erythrocyte and hemoglobin of the control group were still lower than the normal value, and the symptoms of the patients were not improved. In the ex- perimental group, the number of white blood cells and hemoglobin increased to the normal range, and the symptoms of the patients were improved obviously.
