摘要
本文从城市规划角度,结合兰州区域与主要资源环境条件和问题,运用与国家发展战略和相关政策标准的相容性分析,分别从功能定位与发展标准、城市规模发展标准、建设用地布局标准和基础设施建设标准四个方面,对兰州主城区北部未利用地开发建设的规划环境影响进行分析与评价,树立新规划理念标准,探索生态建设的新模式,发挥标准化在未利用地开发建设中的作用。
From the perspective of city planning, this article reviews the main resources, environmental conditions and problems in the Lanzhou region, makes compatibility analysis on the national development strategies and related policies and standards, analyzes and evaluates the planning environmental impact of unused land development and construction in the northern Lanzhou City at four aspects such as the functional orientation and development standards, city scale development standards, construction land layout standards and infrastructure construction standards respectively, sets up the new planning idea standards, explores a new mode of ecological construction so as to play the role of standardization in the development and construction of unused land.
