摘要
裂缝波导作为大型阵列天线中的关键部件,其表面防护处理直接影响其寿命和性能指标,为满足裂缝波导的防护性能,必须解决其表面防护问题。针对某裂缝波导表面防护设计的机械性能和电性能要求,通过对现有各种防护胶带性能对比及试验,选择了一种聚酯胶带作为防护膜,摸索了贴膜工艺,对膜层的介电损耗进行了测试,按产品的环境使用要求进行了环境试验,验证了保护膜的耐湿热、耐温度冲击、耐老化等能力,解决了裂缝波导的防护难题。
Slotted waveguide is the key component of the large array antenna,the surface protection treatment directly impacts on the life and performance.The surface protection must be solved in order to meet the protection performance of the slotted waveguide.Selected a kind of polyester tape and explored the process of Filming Surface by comparing and testing the performance of all kinds of protective tape based on the requirements of mechanical and electrical performance for the surface protection of a slotted waveguide.Tested the dielectric loss of the filmed surface,and verified the capability of moisture resistance,temperature resistance and aging resistance according to the environment test requirements.Found the resolution of filmed surface of slotted waveguide.
