摘要
以发生故障的"勘探四号"半潜式海洋钻井平台固井空压机为例,探讨了固井空压机的工艺流程、电控设备组成和控制系统要求,并基于西门子LOGO!进行程序设计和编程,有效地解决了空压机的原有故障,可为类似空压机的故障解决和控制系统设计提供参考。
Taking the faulted cementing air compressor of semi-submersible platform Kan Tan Ⅳ for example,the process flow,control equipment component and control system requirement are introduced in this paper,and designs program and programmed basing on the SIEMENS LOGO! for this cementing air compressor,the original fault of this air compressor is effectively solved.It can offer a reference for troubleshooting and control system design of similar air compressor.
