摘要
在流量计计量式饲料液体组分添加设备的基础上,改造设计称量计量式饲料液体组分添加设备。该文首先阐述了其研发过程,通过加大设备功率,重新设计了进油过滤系统和称量系统,对设计中用到的关键尺寸进行了计算分析;然后在说明其工作原理的基础上,阐述了试验过程及结论;最后对该设备的先进性进行了总结。
Based on flow meter metering type feed liquid component addition equipment, weighing feed liquid component addi- tive equipment was designed. Research and development process was introduced, oil inlet filtration system and weighing system were redesigned by increasing equipment power, and key dimensions used in the design were analyzed. Then based on descri- bing working principle, test process and conclusion were elaborated. Finally, advanced nature of equipment was surely summa- rized.
