摘要
贵州土司在其统治区域采取了多种教育模式。以言传身教的方式传承、传播其管辖范围内的传统和习俗;注重土司子弟入学教育以培养权力接班人及其统治阶层;施行与流官治理区域无异的儒学教育。儒学教育的同质化倾向对后世贵州发展产生了深远的历史影响。
The chieftains in Guizhou adopted a variety of educational models in their ruling areas. They inherited and spread conventions by their own examples within their ruling areas. They focused on educating their children to cultivate successors. They performed Confucian education as other officials. Homogeneity tendency of Confucian education profoundly influenced the development of Guizhou in the future.
