采用双组分的氟碳树脂,配以其他材料。颜料中适量使用金红石型钛白粉、石墨烯、磷酸钼锌、冷颜料等,优化各组分及细化工艺,实现尽可能通用的薄面涂。一些附着力等性能指标通过不同的底涂或底中涂搭配弥补和完善。达到薄层化、长效化的涂层效果,并且在制造过程中保持了生产的稳定性。
2K fluorocarbon resin is used with other supplementary materials. Appropriate amounts of rutile-type titanium dioxide, graphene, molybdenum-zinc phosphate and cold pigments are used in pigments to optimize various components, refine processes and realize thin top coatings. Some performance indicators such as adhesive strength are improved through matching different base coatings or medium and base coatings to achieve the effect of thin coating layers with lasting effect and maintain stability of production in the course of manufacturing.
