CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM嵌体/高嵌体修复的短期临床观察 被引量:7

Short-term clinical observation of CEREC chairside CAD/CAM inlays/onlays

摘要 目的观察采用CEREC CAD/CAM系统制作的嵌体/高嵌体修复后牙缺损2年的临床效果。方法选择310位患者共计326颗后牙,采用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统及CEREC瓷块椅旁设计、制作嵌体/高嵌体,以树脂水门汀粘接。修复后随访2年,统计留存率,记录失败表现并分析原因。结果 CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM嵌体/高嵌体修复两年成功率为96.0%,其中前磨牙成功率为97.3%,第一磨牙为96.4%,第二磨牙为94.6%,χ~2检验(α=0.05)不同牙位间2年成功率无统计学差异。分析失败原因,修复体折裂占31.0%,基牙折裂占23.1%,修复体松动、脱落及边缘微渗漏比例均为15.3%。结论 CEREC CAD/CAM技术制作的嵌体/高嵌体短期临床效果好,是修复后牙牙体缺损的有效方式。 Objective To observe the 2 years clinical performance of chairside CAD/CAM inlays/onlays made for repairing posterior teeth defects. Methods A total of 326 teeth from 310 patients were brought into investigation. The inlays/onlays were designed and manufactured by CEREC chairside CAD/CAM system, and then bonded with resin cement. After 2 years observation, the rate of success as well as failure patterns and reasons would be recorded and analyzed. Results The 2 years rate of success was 96.0%,and the rate of success of the first premolar and the first molar and the second molar was 97.3%, 96.4%, and 94.6% respectively. There was no significant difference between the rate of success by using statistics method χ~2 test(α=0.05). Analysis of reasons for the failures, restoration fracture and abutment fracture accounted for 31.0%, 23.1%.Restoration loose, shedding and marginal leakage accounted for 15.3%.Conclusion Inlays/Onlays manufactured by CEREC CAD/CAM system have a good short-term clinical performance. It is an effective way to repair the defects of posterior teeth.
