摘要
针对寺河矿二号井15~#煤受上覆3~#煤和9~#煤残留煤柱产生的叠加应力以及IX4309工作面回采动压影响,以151102大变形巷道为研究对象,运用新型无机注浆加固材料、联合锚注支护技术、矿压观测等手段进行分析研究。结果表明:151102巷两帮移近量最大为55 mm,底鼓量最大为46 mm,巷道围岩变形量非常小,保证了巷道安全正常使用,提高了经济效益。
In view of the effect by overlying 3# coal and 9# coal pillar residue stress superposition and IX4309 mining face dynamic pressure to No.2 in Sihe coal mine well 15# coal,taking 151102 large deformation of roadway as the research object,the study is carried out by using the new type of inorganic grouting reinforcement material,united bolt-grouting support technology,mine pressure observation. The results indicate:the roadway of 151102 largest sidewall sinkage is 55 mm,the largest amount of bottom up is 46 mm,the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is very small, ensuring the normal use of roadway safety,and improving the eeonomie benefit.
