摘要 针对红阳二矿选煤厂吨原煤介耗高、重介质旋流器分选精度低的问题,在对生产现状分析的基础上,结合现场实际状况,采取一系列措施对重介分选系统进行优化。通过不断优化后,吨原煤介耗量由3.06 kg下降到1.55 kg,重介精煤灰分下降2个百分点左右,总精煤产率提高2.36个百分点,优化成效显著。 The washery is facing the problems of high consumption of medium per ton of coal treated and low separation accuracy of H.M.cyclone.Based on the result of analysis of the current operation status and in line with the specific conditions of the washery,a series of measures is taken to optimize the dense-medium separation system.Through repeated optimization efforts,a remarked result has been obtained as evidenced by the reduction of medium consumption from 3.06 kg to 1.55 kg,a drop of clean coal ash by 2 percentage points and increase of total yield of clean coal by 2.36 percentage points.
