摘要 为了解决河南能源鹤煤八矿选煤厂煤泥水处理系统存在的问题,在对生产现状分析的基础上,对煤泥水处理系统进行优化,并科学设定工艺指标,采取有效手段加强生产管理。生产实践表明:在对生产系统优化后,洗水浓度由120 g/L降至80 g/L以下,循环水浓度由大于20 g/L降至300 mg/L以下,煤泥分选效率和精煤产率明显提高,并实现了洗水闭路循环。 For tackling the problems encountered in the operation of the plant's coal slurry water treatment system,work is made on improvement of the system following an analysis of the existing operating conditions.The work made includes optimization of the system,scientific determination of process norms and intensification of process management by taking effective measures.Practice shows that after optimization of the treating system,the concentration of washwater is reduced from 120 g/L to 80 g/L and that of circulating water is lowered from over 20 g/L to less than 300 mg/L,making it possible for the plant to see a noticeable increase of coal slime separation efficiency and clean coal yield,and realize coal washing with closed washwater circuit.
