摘要
目的:了解二级医院老年患者的用药现状、老年人的用药需求、老年患者联合用药情况,为今后该院临床老年患者合理、安全有效地应用药物来预防和控制老年病和提高老年人生活质量,提供可靠的科学依据。方法:采用该院2016年处方数据库,用Excel对其进行数据统计分析,将老年人的就诊情况和口服用药现状进行调查研究。结果:该院老年人就诊处方联合用药平均品种数为3.2种,老年人口服用药主要以心血管片剂用药、维生素片剂用药等为主。结论:该院老年患者口服药物种类较多,应注意联合用药的安全性。
Objective： to Understand the secondary hospital of elderly patients with drug use situation,the medication demand,the medication unite situation of senile patient, for the drug using reasonable, safely, effectively,preventing and the controlling senile patient disease and to improving the quality senile patient of life.Methods：Prescription database of the hospital was used from 2016.the data was statistically analyzed with EXCEL. The seeing-a-doctor situation of senile patient was searched and compared to the oral medication and the seeing-a-doctor situation of overall crowd in present.Results：The seeing a doctor prescription rate of senile patient in the hospital, The unite medication was 3.2 kinds every time, and more 0.27 than the average variety of the seeing-a-doctor overall crowd,the most of the oral medications in the aged patients were the cardiovascular tablet medication,the Vitamin class tablet medication and so on. Conclusions ： The trend of drug dose of senile patient everyday was increased. We should pay attention on the combined use of drugs.
