结直肠癌中COX-2、bcl-2、CD31的表达与细胞凋亡及血管形成的关系 被引量:2

Expression of COX-2,bcl-2 and CD31 in colorectal cancer and its relationship with inhibition of apoptosis and angiogenesis

摘要 目的观察COX-2、bcl-2及CD31在结直肠癌、癌旁组织及腺瘤中的表达情况,并探讨COX-2和bcl-2相关性及二者与CD31表达计数的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学法检测38例结直肠癌组织、38例癌旁组织及29例癌前病变中COX-2、bcl-2及CD31表达情况。结果 (1)bcl-2的表达与结直肠癌患者年龄有显著相关性(P<0.05),COX-2的表达与患者年龄和癌灶大小无关(P>0.05);(2)COX-2与bcl-2表达在结直肠癌、癌旁组织及腺瘤三组中两两比较有显著性差异,癌组内较高(P<0.05);(3)COX-2表达在癌高中分化组与低分化组有显著性差异(P<0.05),bcl-2表达在高分化组与中低分化组有显著性差异(P<0.05);且MVD计数在淋巴结转移与非转移组有显著差异(P<0.05);(4)COX-2与bcl-2高表达组与低表达组中,MVD计数均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)在癌组COX-2与bcl-2表达无明显相关性(P>0.05),但COX-2与bcl-2高中表达组的MVD计数呈正相关性(P<0.01)。结论结直肠癌中COX-2与bcl-2表达提高能促进CD31表达即小血管增生及淋巴结转移,联合检测有可能作为筛查评估结直肠癌的重要手段。 Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2, bcl-2 and CD31 in colorectal carcinoma, adjacent tissues and adenoma, and to explore their relationships. Methods Im- munohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of COX-2, bcl-2 and CD31 in 38 cases of colorectal cancer tissues, 38 cases of carcinoma adjacent tissues and 29 cases of cancer adeno- ma. Results ①the expression of bcl-2 was significantly correlated with the age of patients with colorectal cancer ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of COX-2 was not related to the age and the size of the tumor ( P 〉 0. 05).②the expression of COX-2 and bcl-2 in colorectal cancer, para- cancerous tissues and adenomas were significantly different between the three groups (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the cancer group was higher in the group. ③the expression of COX-2 in high dif- ferentiated group had significant difference with low differentiation group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the ex-pression of bel-2 in high differentiation group had significant difference with low differentiation group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; and the expression of MVD in lymph node metastasis and non metastasis group was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ④COX-2 and bcl-2 high expression group and low expression group, MVD were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ⑤COX-2 was positively correlated with MVD in the high and middle bcl-2 group (P 〈 0. 01 ) , but there was no signifi- cant correlation between the expression of COX-2 and bcl-2 in the cancer group ( P 〉 0. 01 ). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and bcl-2 was increased in colorectal cancer, and pro- motes angiogenesis and lymph node metastasis, that there are associated with each other, and joint detection may be used as an important means of screening for colorectal cancer.
