摘要
[目的/意义]为企业在移动互联网时代采取全员参与模式提供参考,使企业在新时代的竞争中保持优势。[方法/过程]指出国内企业传统竞争情报组织模式中存在的问题;概括了全员参与模式在移动互联网时代的新内涵,分析了其适用性。[结果/结论]针对国内企业,提出了构建全员参与模式的具体措施,包括培养企业文化,进行情报分类,形成情报流程,搭建共享平台以及设立激励机制。
[ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims to provide a reference for domestic enterprises to adopt all-staff contribution mode and maintain competitive advantage in mobile Internet era. [ Method/process ] The paper points out the deficiencies of traditional competitive intelligence organization mode in domestic enterprises, generalizes the new contents of all-staff contribution mode and analyzes its feasibility in mobile Internet era. [ Result/conclusion ] The paper proposes concrete measures for domestic enterprises to construct all-staff contribution mode, including building enterprise competitive intelligence culture, confirming the process of competitive intelligence, classifying information, establishing information-sharing platform and performance assessment.
