摘要
目的:探讨双氯芬酸钠滴眼液在治疗干眼症中的效果,从而为抗炎在干眼症治疗中的作用提供依据。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年6月-2016年6月在眼科门诊进行检查,并确诊为干眼症的患者75例,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组患者给予双氯芬酸钠联合羧甲基纤维素治疗,对照组患者给予羧甲基纤维素单独治疗,连续给药14 d。对所有的干眼症患者进行问卷评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、SchirmerⅠ试验、角膜荧光素染色评分,并进行统计学分析与比较。结果:两组患者治疗前的症状体征、BUT及角膜荧光素染色评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。给药治疗后试验组患者症状体征、BUT及角膜荧光素染色评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者试验前后的SchirmerⅠ试验比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合羧甲基纤维素治疗干眼症,减轻眼部炎症有较好的效果。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Diclofenac Sodium combined with Carboxymethylcellulose on dry eye syndrome,so as to provide evidence for the role of anti-inflammatory in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.Method：75 cases with dry eye syndrome were examined in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,they were randomly divided into two groups：control group and experimental group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Diclofenac Sodium combined with Carboxymethylcellulose.The patients in the control group were treated with Carboxymethylcellulose.All the patients were treated for 14 days.Questionnaire,tear film break-up time（BUT）,SchirmerⅠand corneal fluorescein staining were assumed before dosing and 14 days after dosing.The date was analyzed statistically and compared.Result：There were no significant differences in symptoms and signs,tear BUT and corneal fluorescein staining score between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.The symptoms and signs,BUT and corneal fluorescein staining score in the experimental group were significant better than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences between the two groups in the Schirmer Ⅰ test before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Diclofenac Sodium combined with Carboxymethylcellulose has good effect in treating dry eye syndrome and alleviating ocular inflammation.
