注意缺陷多动障碍疑似患儿和正常儿童家庭教养方式的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)疑似患儿和正常儿童家庭的教养方式,为注意缺陷多动障碍的病因及干预研究提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取海口市3 894名中小学生为调查对象,将Conners教师症状问卷(TRS)作为筛查ADHD的工具,用父母养育方式量表(EMBU)评估其家庭教养方式。结果 (1)海口市中小学生ADHD初筛阳性率为5.0%。(2)ADHD初筛阳性者的家庭教养方式各因子除情感温暖、理解因子外,其他各因子得分均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)文化程度低的父母更易采取负性教养方式;父母职业为干部的更易采取"情感温暖、理解"的教养方式。结论探讨儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的发生与干预应充分考虑父母教养方式等因素。 Objective To compare the family upbringing between suspected attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children and normal children,and provide basis for intervention study. Methods A total of 3894 students in Haikou city were sampled using the random cluster sampling strategy.Conners Teacher Rating Scale(TRS) and Parenting Style Scale(EMBU)was used for the study.Results(1) The positive rate of ADHD was 5.0% in Haikou.(2)The score of each factor in family education style was higher in the ADHD group than control group(P〈0.05),except for "Emotional Warmth and Comprehension" factor.(3) Parents with low educational level were more likely to adopt a negative parenting style. The parents with cadre profession were easily to choose the "Emotional Warmth and Comprehension".Conclusion To explore occurrence and intervention of children's attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,factors such as parenting style should be taken into full account.
