摘要
就我国煤炭行业井下煤矸分离及综合机械化固体充填采煤技术的发展现状,结合煤矸分离技术以及采煤设备及工艺,讨论并研究煤矿井下固体充填采煤系统以及采煤流程、效果等方面的问题。研究认为:综合机械化固体充填采煤技术作为一种新型、环保的采煤工艺,可以实现在井下对煤矸的分离,不仅可以大大减轻煤矿运输机的承载强度和开采成本,而且可在一定程度上减轻矸石对地表环境的负面影响。
Based on the development status of solid filling coal mining technology of coal industry of our country coal gangue underground separation and comprehensive machinery, combined with coal gangue separation technology and coal mining equipment and technology, and discuss the underground solid filling coal mining system of coal mine and coal mining process, the effects of other aspects of the problem. The results show that the comprehensive mechanization of solid filling coal mining technology as a new type of environmental protection, coal mining technology can realize the separation of coal and gangue in the underground, not only can greatly reduce the bearing strength and the mining cost of transport, but also can reduce the waste to a certain extent, the negative impact on the surface environment.
