摘要
以丙二酸二乙酯为原料,与溴代正癸烷经单边取代反应制得2-癸基丙二酸二乙酯(1);1与1,3-二溴丙烷发生双边取代反应制得四乙基二十五烷-11,11,15,15-四羧酸酯(2);2依次发生皂化、酸化及脱酸反应制得2,6-二癸基庚二酸(4);4和NaOH经酸碱中和反应合成了一种新型羧酸盐阴离子Gemini表面活性剂——2,6-二癸基庚二酸钠(5),总收率46.7%,其结构经~1H NMR,IR和MS表征。采用表面张力法研究了5的表面活性。结果表明:5具有较强的聚集能力和界面吸附能力,其cmc,γc mc,C20,Γmax和Amin分别为0.29 mmol·L^(-1),31.96m N·m^(-1),5.640μmol·m^(-2)和0.295 nm^2。
2-Decyl malonate (1) was obtained by substitution of diethyl malonate with l-bromodeeane. A novel anionic Gemini surfactant, sodium 2,6-didecylheptanedioate (5) , with the overall yield of 46.7%, was synthesized through saponification, acidification and acid-base neutralization from 2, which was prepared by substitution of 1 with 1,3-dibromopropane. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR, IR and MS. The surface activities of 5 were investigated by surface tension method. The resuits showed that 5 exhibited strong aggregation and adsorption ability with cmc, γcmc, C20, Fmax and Amin of 0.29 mmol·L-1 , 31.96 mN·m -1 , 5. 640μmol·m-2 and 0. 295 nm2, respectively.
