摘要
患者女,56岁。腹部红斑伴疼痛10年。皮损组织病理示:表皮棘层增厚,基底层色素增加,真皮浅中层小血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:复发性疼痛性红斑。
A 56-year-old female presented with 10-year history of painful erythema on the abdomen.Histopathological examination showed acanthosis and hyperpigmentation of the basal layer in the dermis,and a few perivascular infiltrates of lymphocytes in the superficial and medial dermis.A diagnosis of recurrent painful erythema was made.
